Give Me Options

I recently viewed the movie Genetic Roulette, http://geneticroulettemovie.com/ and I am sharing the link with as many people as possible. I don’t know about you, but I want to be able to make informed decisions about the  ingredients I am ingesting. I WANT to take full responsibility for myself, and am more than willing to read labels and make my choices accordingly. But I must first HAVE that option. Yes, we have all heard we can vote with our forks and knives via our $$$$. But how on earth do we check an illusory box that doesn’t exist?

I am not by nature a conspiracy theorist, but when we are denied the availability of information on something as basic, hell, as necessary as our food supply, it simply does not pass the smell test!

I could site all kinds of statistics and references to further try and prove-‘a’ point, but ‘my’ point is a simple desire to choose for myself from a well informed position.

If GMO’s are safe and there’s nothing to hide, then give us transparency – Give Me Options!!!!!
